Arvato Systems is a global information technology services provider that offers a Kubernetes-based SaaS platform to customers around the world. The company needed to transform its SaaS platform into a multi-tenant environment with namespace isolation capabilities to ensure that customers could not access each others’ data.

Arvato Systems faced three challenges: multi-tenancy and data separation, network isolation and traffic filtering, and monitoring.
