He is an entrepreneurial executive with extensive experience incubating, building and scaling software businesses from early stage to hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. He is also a proven leader with a track record of building world-class teams.
Ratan founded and built two SaaS companies, IPTouch and PersonalMD.com. He has also held senior level positions at Actifio, Cisco, Sun Microsystems and SupportSoft. He has an MBA from Santa Clara University, an MS in Computer Science from Louisiana State University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University.

Alex Shulman-Peleg, PhD, is a Managing Director leading the Cloud Cybersecurity consulting services of Ernst & Young in the Americas. She is supporting multiple clients in their secure enablement of public clouds and container technologies, addressing the involved risk, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements. In her previous role, she was a Director of Cloud Security at Citibank, where she has established and led a CISO cloud security program, as well as cloud-native security engineering. In her role, she was responsible for the cloud and container security solutions, processes and architectures, delivering protection, detection and auto-remediation in public and private clouds. She has over 22 years of technological leadership. She holds PhD, MSc and BSc degrees in Computer Science. She has multiple patents and more than 30 scientific publications having thousands of citations.
Distinguished Engineer & Managing Director, Morgan Stanley
Graeme Hay is a Morgan Stanley Distinguished Engineer and Managing Director of the Firm’s Enterprise Compute and Storage Engineering team, responsible for Cloud/Devops, Kubernetes and Virtualization, Web/Platform as a Service, core compute, storage and critical infrastructure and Software Distribution.
Graeme has more than 25 years of experience in diverse global and functional IT roles at JPMorgan Chase and Computer Sciences Corporation including application operations and engineering, infrastructure services, grid computing, system engineering and strategic initiatives.

Xiaobo leads a team to deliver leading edge technology solutions in support of Citi IT strategy. She drives critical solutions to secure Citi’s hybrid cloud environments to enable Citi to reduce risks and stay compliant while allowing Citi’s businesses to benefit from the opportunities that cloud services provide.
Xiaobo started her career as a Network Engineer at Goldman Sachs in 2009 after she got her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She has been selected for “Rising Star Award” to represent Citi at the Women’s Bond Club in the financial industry in 2017. She is also on Palo Alto Network Vendor’s Cloud Customer Advisory Board.

Keith Nielsen was born and raised in Canada but now resides in the USA. Keith started with IBM working on application runtimes and now works at Discover Financial Services where he is the Director of Cloud Architecture responsible for Discover’s Cloud Business Office. Keith’s current focus is on solving the challenges of Hybrid Cloud with a focus on Kubernetes ecosystem and all the capabilities needed to support it.

Sheetal Joshi is a Developer Advocate at AWS, Containers organization focusing on containers, container orchestration and Kubernetes. She is currently focusing on simplifying onboarding, adoption and operational experience for Service Mesh and Networking within the EKS team. Sheetal brings in a lot of experience architecting, designing, building, deploying, owning, managing, and maintaining enterprise scale distributed applications for HP, Cisco, Riverbed, and Moogsoft. In the past, she has pioneered multiple projects in the areas of application modernization, service availability and visibility, stream analytics, configuration management, event management, network function virtualization and SD-WAN. She takes a lot of pride in helping customers through their cloud journey.

Saikat Maiti is the Sr. Director for Information Security at Salesforce focusing on ensuring secure Salesforce deployments at its top 50 customers . Saikat has been a CISO at many new age cloud native companies. He was Head of Infosec and IT at Upstart Network and has also setup security for Personal Capital, and Varian Medical Systems He has also been a consulting Practice Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Bryan Langston has been with Mirantis for six years and has held Senior Architect, management and product management roles. He leads security initiatives for Mirantis’ most security-conscious customers. Prior to joining Mirantis, Bryan worked at IBM Research for 17 years where he built a Linux supercomputer for web-scale crawling, indexing and mining, and led multiple first-of-a-kind projects in the cloud computing space.

Jerome is Distinguished Engineer working in the Cisco Security Business Group (SBG) with a specific focus on high performance cloud networking & security. He has extensive experience of computer systems, clouds and network architectures, and strong technical expertise gained from more than 20 years designing and implementing networking solutions. He holds multiple patents. Before joining Cisco, Jerome was the founder & CTO of Qosmos. He has been participating and contributing to the Open Networking Foundation (ONF), ETSI Industry Specification Group on NFV, IETF Service Function Chaining (SFC) Working Group and various open source initiatives including FD.io, OpenStack, Calico and OVS. Jerome is a frequent speaker at international conferences.

Ofer Maor is Co-Founder & CTO of Mitiga, where he is building a ground breaking Cloud Incident Response platform. He has over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity and entrepreneurship, and was previously the CTO and founder of Seeker (acquired by Synopsys), where he invented IAST, a next-generation application security testing technology, currently used by some of the largest organizations in the world. Prior to that he was the CTO and founder of Hacktics (acquired by EY), and a founding employee at Imperva. He is also active in the cybersecurity community, and has served as a Global Board Member for OWASP.
As Chief Marketing Officer for Tigera, Utpal is responsible for overall marketing strategy and execution, Utpal brings 20+ years of Marketing and Product Management leadership experience at high-growth start-ups and large companies. Utpal has a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Physics from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (India) and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
