This workshop will empower you to manage application access and routing seamlessly, regardless of your environment’s purpose or complexity. You’ll also learn how to transition from the legacy Ingress to the modern Gateway API, creating a unified and secure traffic management system.

Our journey begins with an overview of the limitations of an Ingress Controller and the features of Calico Ingress Gateway. Next, we’ll address how to apply traffic control, routing, and ssl offload for your applications. Finally, we’ll cover migration to easily allow you to migrate from legacy ingress controllers to Calico Ingress Gateway.

Through a combination of theoretical insights, clear diagrams, and hands-on labs, you’ll gain practical experience in real-world scenarios, including migration exercises from the old Ingress API to the new Gateway API.
