Today we’re proud to announce the release of Calico version 1.2. As we said last week, this includes several performance and occupancy improvements in Felix as well as our new status reporting capability, which has been fully integrated into OpenStack (including Horizon).
For our OpenStack customers, we’ve updated our Ubuntu and Red Hat installation instructions and packages for use with OpenStack Liberty (in addition to Icehouse, Juno and Kilo) and added a DevStack install.
Our integrations with other orchestration platforms, including Mesos, Kubernetes, Docker and rkt, will be updated to pull in the 1.2 Calico core code over the next few days.
